Most AI consultants have never run a sales call, managed a client relationship, or worked inside a business under pressure. Ryan has spent five years doing exactly that — working with dozens of small and medium businesses as a Partner Manager for a US technology company, helping them adopt new tools and change how they operate.
Waypoint AI exists because Ryan kept seeing the same problem: business owners drowning in work that should not require a human. He built Waypoint AI to fix it.
Every engagement is run directly by Ryan. No junior staff, no outsourced delivery.

We will not suggest a tool or automation until we understand how your business actually operates. The assessment exists to find the real problems, not to validate a solution we already decided to sell you.
We only recommend what is justified
Every proposal comes with a financial case — hours saved, cost recovered, payback period. If it does not make sense on paper it does not get proposed.
We measure success by your time not our deliverables
A list of things we built is not a result. A business owner getting back ten hours a week is a result. We track outcomes from day one and adjust until the numbers match the projection.
Everything is documented before we leave
No black boxes. Every automation and system we build is documented so your team can understand it, maintain it, and flag if something goes wrong.

We are based in Hobart but work with clients nationally across Australia. All assessments and engagements are conducted remotely — location is never a barrier.
