7. Bookings and Engagements
- (a)Booking a discovery assessment via the Website does not, by itself, create a paid engagement. Discovery assessments are currently provided free of charge during Waypoint AI's discovery phase, governed by separate Free Assessment Engagement Terms available at waypointai.com.au/free-assessment-terms.
- (b)Paid engagements (Phase 1, Phase 2, or retainer) are governed by a separately executed Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work. The Website itself does not create or constitute a paid engagement.
- (c)Pricing indications on the Website are indicative only and subject to change without notice. Final pricing for any engagement is set out in the relevant proposal and Statement of Work.
8. Privacy
- (a)Our handling of personal information collected via the Website (including booking forms, enquiries, and analytics) is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at waypointai.com.au/privacy-policy.
- (b)By using the Website, you acknowledge and accept the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers

- (c)Australian Consumer Law.
